Dear Loyal Cook Customers,

Effective July, 2020: In order to adhere to the new Colorado face mask update, we are asking all employees and customers to help us follow recommended guidelines.

​

• Signs are posted at all entrances as a reminder to all staff and customers about face masks requirements.  Please remember to wear a face make inside all our public facilities.

• Please utilize  the night drop off boxes located by all service entrances in order to limit exposure.

• At all locations, we are limiting the amount of people inside our facilities in order to maintain social distancing guidelines.

• Please feel free to make an appointment fro any of our sales departments so that we can have your vehicle sanitized and ready for you to test drive or take home.

 

Additionally, in order to keep our community and employees safe, we are still following recommended social distancing and sanitizing guidelines.  All staff has been directed to:

• Stay home if you feel ill.  If you show any COVID-19 symptoms, see a doctor immediately.  Return to work only after you have been cleared by a medical professional.

• Commit to cleanliness.  Keep yourself and your work space clean and sanitary.

• High touch point areas in vehicles shall be cleaned frequently.

• Stay customer focused.  As always, we will be responsive to your needs whether you contact us by phone, email or in person.

• Remember to SMILE!  A positive attitude does wonders.

Please feel free to drop into any of our showrooms.  However, if you wish to shop from home, all of our websites have robust shopping tools right at your fingertips!  We also have virtual walk arounds available for any vehicle of interests as well as limited pick-up and delivery service.  Please contact an associated for availability and details.
